FEELING THE PULSE

The milon Cardio circuit listens to your heart: when it’s beating too fast, this intelligent milon equipment automatically “shifts down a gear”, reducing the load. And vice-versa. In this way, you always train within the right heart rate range for you and your training objectives.

THE RIGHT COMBINATION

A milon Cardio circuit comprises several units, each of which constitutes a combination of three machines. For example, a Crosswalker, an Ergometer and a Crosswalker Vario – all equipped with networked software technology, which enables automatic equipment adjustment and rational training planning.

MILON INTENSITY TRAINING (MIT)

Endurance training need not be boring and monotonous – here’s how it’s done: with the pioneering MILON INTENSITY TRAINING (MIT). Developed together with the German Sport University Cologne, MIT combines the advantages of the two most popular endurance training approaches – high volume training and high intensity training – while eliminating their disadvantages.

With MIT, users train in short, high-load intervals, which milon equipment’s precise electronic control always maintains within the healthy range. That is why it is suitable for all users – regardless of their basic level of fitness. Because its design has been finely tuned in terms of both timing and loading, it produces the desired training success with extraordinary speed and safety.
