The next level of milon training periodization for the long-term motivation of members. The emphasis here is on effective muscle building.

Unlike Strength-Endurance training, the Strength circuit (and therefore strength training in general) achieves this through shorter intervals and higher muscle loads. Flexibility in the selection of the equipment also allows you to tailor your offering (with variants such as the Ladies Only circuit or the Back circuit, among others) to address the preferences of your existing clients.

CIRCLE OF STRENGTHS

Welcome to the milon Strength circuit. Everything here focuses on effective muscle building. What differentiates it from the Strength-Endurance training is its higher muscle load exerted over shorter intervals.

SHORT AND SHARP

30 seconds of load, 30 seconds of rest. At this typical rhythm, one round of the milon Strength circuit only takes from six to twelve minutes. Nevertheless, you can train all muscle groups intensively. Precise and right to the point.

READY FOR THE NEXT LEVEL

The Strength circuit is mainly used after the Strength-Endurance circuit in the context of training periodization. Here it works on muscles which have yet to undergo an especially intensive workout.

MORE EFFECTIVE THANKS TO ELECTRONICS

The milon Strength circuit takes full advantage of electronic smart card control: from automatic adjustment with extremely fine 1-kg increments to the ergonomic guidance of movements.
