  • A milon cardio circuit comprises several units, each of which constitutes a combination of three machines. These might be, for example, a Crosswalker, an Ergometer, and a Crosswalker vario – all equipped with networked software technology, which enables automatic equipment adjustment and smart training planning

  • MILON INTENSITY TRAINING (MIT)
  • Endurance training doesn’t need to be boring or monotonous – at least not if you’re using the new MILON INTENSITY TRAINING (MIT). MIT, which was developed in cooperation with the German Sport University Cologne, combines the advantages of the two most common endurance approaches – high volume training and high intensity training – while also eliminating their respective drawbacks. MIT involves training in short, high-load intervals, which nonetheless remain in the healthy range thanks to the precise electronic control provided by the milon equipment. This makes it suitable for all users, regardless of their level of physical fitness. The fact that MIT is ideally configured in terms of durations and loads lets users achieve the desired training success particularly quickly and safely.
